A small oval tray with swan-form handles, mid-20th century, in the Hollywood Regency style. The dish is a shallow elongated oval with a stepped, reeded rim. At each end a cast swan rises with arched neck and lowered head, the necks forming the handles.
The tray is silver-toned metal, most likely silver plate, with gilt-brass swan handles. Condition shows light surface tarnish and scratching to the well consistent with age.
