Refund policy

A note on our pieces

Every item at Aphrodite's Baby is vintage or antique, meaning it has lived a life before reaching you. Patina, light tarnish, age-appropriate wear, small marks and the gentle imperfections of aged objects are part of each piece's character, not faults. We photograph and describe every item in detail, including any notable signs of wear, so you know exactly what you're receiving before you buy. Please read listings carefully and reach out with any questions before ordering.

Returns

Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and chosen with care, we ask that you order thoughtfully. That said, we offer a 14-day return window to all customers, worldwide, from the date your order is delivered.

To start a return, please email us at hello@aphroditesbaby.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are not refunded.
• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with any original packaging. If the value of the item has been reduced through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it (for example, wearing, using or altering the piece), we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or evidence of return, whichever comes first.

Damaged items

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us at hello@aphroditesbaby.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial or full refund, or replacement where possible.

Not eligible for return

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
• Earrings and other pierced jewellery, for hygiene reasons
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
