Shipping policy

All orders ship from Spain. Each piece is wrapped by hand with care, double-boxed where needed, and dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.

EU shipping

• Standard — €5, 5–8 business days from dispatch
• Express — €20, 3–5 business days from dispatch

International (including the UK)

• Standard — €20, 5–14 business days from dispatch

Standard shipping is free on all orders over €250, worldwide.

Customs & import duties

For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your local authority are the buyer's responsibility. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are payable directly to your local customs office or carrier on delivery.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we work with reliable couriers, occasional delays caused by customs clearance, weather or carrier disruption are outside our control. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@aphroditesbaby.co.uk and we'll help track it down.

Lost parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of dispatch so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
